Cindy Killip is an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist, Health Coach, Author and Speaker who has been has been teaching and writing about exercise and wellness since 1989. She is a master at making difficult concepts and complex subject matter easy to understand. With her combination of compassion and humor, and a wealth of knowledge, Cindy is in high demand as a personal trainer, fitness expert, speaker and writer. She authored the book, “Living the BONES Lifestyle: A Practical Guide to Conquering the Fear of Osteoporosis,” and is a regular contributor to online publications including Livestrong, The NestWoman Fitness, Healthy Living, Chron Fitness and eHow Fitness.
Cindy holds two bachelor’s degrees from Trinity University — Communications and Sociology — both with a pre-med focus on lifetime health and wellness and she took graduate courses in Exercise Physiology at the University of New Mexico. She also holds multiple certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is a member of IDEA Fit.
